Additional Description: Designed by New York Architect W.W. Knowles for the W.C. Craig Family. Erected on the Site of the Antebellum Home of John Wesley Vick, member of Vicksburg's Founding Family. Construction of the 14,000 square foot Tudor Revival Home required 3 years 1904-06. Name derived from Motto on Craig Family Crest, "I Have Great Hope."
