Rock Creek
Photographer: Craig Swain
Taken: September 17, 2008
Caption: Rock Creek
Additional Description: Through much of July 2, both sides maintained skirmish lines along Rock Creek. The creek was considerably deeper at the time of the battle. A dam crossed the creek at McAllister's Mill Pond just down stream at the time. Some battle reports indicate the water was four to five feet deep at some points.
