Caption: A nearby statue of José María Luis Mora in Comonfort's civic plaza dedicated to him
Additional Description: This statue appears to be identical to that of Dr. Mora on the Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City. It includes a sculptor's mark from 1975 by Ernesto Tamariz. The statue shows Mora holding one of his most famous works, "México y sus revoluciones" (1836).
