George C. Marshall and the Marshall Plan Marker - wide view
Photographer: Andrew Ruppenstein
Taken: November 22, 2016
Caption: George C. Marshall and the Marshall Plan Marker - wide view
Additional Description: The marker is visible just behind the streetlamp on the right. And what looks to be a bunch of statues of half-naked women rolling around in the leaves is actually the Marshall Fountain, installed in 1963, and perhaps better viewed in another season, with water.
