Caption: Left Flank Marker for the 7th O,V.I.
Additional Description: Looking from the left flank marker toward the monument. Most of July 2nd the regiment remained in reserve on the west side of Culp's Hill. On the 3rd the regiment was employed against the Confederates in front of Culp's Hill. The position markers likely indicate locations held later on July 3rd.
