This building was constructed by the Engineer Wodon de Sorinne and restored by Dr. Alberto Yañez Salazar at the initiative of its owner, Manuel Torres Malacon as a contribution to the rescue of the Historic Center.
It was inaugurated by Victor Manuel Tinoco Rubi, Governor of the State
Morelia, Michoacán, July 13, 2000.
