An additional Basilica of Guadalupe Marker | Additional Description: This additional marker describes that the church was elevated to the status of Minor Basilica in 1991. It reads:
Por concesión de la Sede Apostolica, este santuario de Ntra. Sra. De Guadalupe, fue elevado a rango de Basilica Menor, por un decreto dado por la Sagrada Congregacion de la Disciplina de los Sacramentos, el dia 27 de mayo de este año. Se digno ejecutar este decreto el Excmo. Sr. Arzobispo Dr. D. Arturo A. Szymansksi Ramirez. El 12 de septiembre. San Luis Potosi S.L.P. septiembre de 1991.
