New York City Hall Park Marker, 2019 | Additional Description: Time for another restoration.
Over the years, the paving material has not held up well, nor have the laser-etched illustrations, which have virtually disappeared. The railing is to prevent passage because, as the upturned sign states, the surface is slippery when wet.
