Caption: Wayne's Strategy Marker
Additional Description: View of what I believe was the most probable location of this marker. In 1930, this was where the old Lincoln Highway crossed the then, State Route 9. It was State Route 9 that was being used by the Ohio Revolutionary Memorial Commission as part of its trail network.
