Additional Description: Looking from near the monument toward Seminary Ridge, the far tree line. The Confederate assault of July 3 staged there. The Bliss Farm, where detachments of the 14th Connecticut fought Confederate sharpshooters, stood in the open fields on the high ground just in front of the tree line, right of center.
