Looking Up the Slope at the 98th Penn. and 121st N.Y. Monuments | Additional Description: In afternoon of July 2 the 98th Pennsylvania moved onto a line generally parallel to the modern Sykes Avenue. The regiment was separated from the remainder of their brigade (Wheaton's / Nevin's) initially. The 121st New York moved into this same position later as dusk approached.
