Marker detail: Historic Buildings

Caption: Marker detail: Historic Buildings
Additional Description: Quite a few historic buildings still stand. Here’s how the Colonial Inn (right) looked about 100 years ago, not too different than it looks today. At the far right is the general store and post office in the 1950s, still the post office today. The Community Center across the street was an eyeglass factory and later made ceramic tiles for the Space Shuttle. The iron fence in the foreground is a war memorial.
