Additional Description: The Spokane River environs were transformed for Expo '74, whose legacy still lives on today. Community leaders (from left) Warren Magnuson, Tom Foley, King Cole and Dave Rogers were instrumental in making the vision of a World's Fair in Spokane a reality.
