Additional Description: Long identified as Secretary of Interior Garfield coming in by stage from Pokegama in 1907. Newspaper files prove that Garfield arrived from Medford at Pelican Bay and came to Klamath Falls on the Winema (steamboat). Oregon Governor George Chamberlain did come in by stage from Pokegama in 1905. This photo was taken from the 1966 edition of Klamath Echoes.
