96th Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers Monument | Additional Description: The 96th Pennsylvania deployed along the stone wall, running to the left rear of this photo, to the north of Wheatfield Road, here next to the monument. The regiment arrived here in the evening of July 2 to blunt any further advances of the Confederates from the Wheatfield sector.
