Caption: Dedication Plaque
Additional Description: Just a few steps from the memorial itself is a dedication plaque indicating that the memorial was dedicated on November 11, 2015 by Dennis Miner, US Army Major (retired). What the plaque omits is that Major Miner was the driving force behind the plaque, in that he came up with the idea, secured the site, researched the fallen, and provided funding for the memorial.
