Additional Description: Although not present at Gettysburg, Collis opted to build a summer home in the town. "Red Patch" stands on Seminary Ridge near the Schultz Woods. A tablet in front of the house states "Red Patch. The Gettysburg Home of the late Brevet. Genl. Charles H.T. Collis of New York City."
