Caption:
Theodore Roosevelt at the site of his Last Speech. | Additional Description: Former President Teddy Roosevelt visited Billings on Oct. 5, 1918, to rally support for World War I bonds. His black arm band may be a sign of mourning for his youngest child, Quentin, who was killed in aerial combat in France on July 14, 1918. The elder Roosevelt died three months after his Billings visit.
