Additional Description: Looking southwest down the fence line running in front of the marker. Spangler's Farm is in the background, with the lane mentioned on the marker running off to the left toward Emmitsburg Road. The skirmish line was close to the Confederate lines forming on Seminary Ridge, seen here as the distant tree line.
