9th Massachusetts Infantry Monument | Additional Description: Looking at the back of the monument, which uses one of Big Round Tops boulders as a base. Flank markers for the 9th Massachusetts and 39th (10th Reserves) Pennsylvania stand next to the boulder. The rock wall to the right was used at the time of the battle by the 9th Massachusetts. The monument incorporates the Maltese Cross of Fifth Corps in the crown.
