Additional Description: This plaque is dedicated to Guy G. Foulks, a grandson of the pioneer Euphemia Foulks. A widow, who with her five children settled in this community in 1853. In recognition of his many years of service to Elk Grove Parlor 41 and to the Grand Parlor, Native Sons of the Golden West.
