2013 Re-dedication plaque | Additional Description:
The Ohio Valley Trades and Labor Assembly of West Virginia is the nations oldest labor council organization
Dedicated in 1916 by Trade Union Members of United States in memory of Augustus Pollack whose business life and actions were always in sympathy with organized labor. Once again in 2013 labor came together to move this monument to this location with the help of the Wheeling National Heritage Corporation and Ohio Valley Trades and Labor Assembly
