Northern Terminus of the Military Railroad | Additional Description: In Centreville, just off Route 28, Virginia State Marker C 17 (see link) denotes the northern terminus of the military railroad. While the exact path of the railroad through Fairfax and Prince William Counties is obscured by time and development, generally Route 28 follows that path between Manassas Junction and Centreville.
