Caption: Bicentennial Memorial Gate
Additional Description: (Click for details.) The markers can be seen on the left side of the gateway in the photo. When the double-faced clock strikes the hour - - two carousels rotate on the upper level. One set, of the two carousels, are civilian oriented (fire - police - emergancy responders.) The other set are individuals of varied branches of the U.S. Military.
