Caption:
Wausau Club (east elevation) | Additional Description:
From the National Register nomination:This side entrance was the main entrance for the ladies. Smaller in size, with only a hint of the classicism of the Main entrance, it features two small unfluted columns on raised posts with Doric capitals. These columns support a flat, square roof over the wood-paneled door, which features a transom. Another entrance is south of the side entrance on the east side. This has a simple surround composed of two unfluted pilasters on either side of the entrance, topped by a plain entablature. It is the service entrance and it leads to the basement.
