Caption: Gatlinburg Welcome Center
Additional Description: The Wiley Oakley Marker is located in the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. In February 1993, the Gatlinburg City Commission dedicated the welcome center in honor of Mr. Zeno Wall. The plaque states:
"Dedicated in Honor Of Mr. Zeno Wall, Jr., a man who truly loves Gatlinburg with all his heart. Our sincere gratitude for his devotion to Gatlinburg and for his significant contributions to the tourism industry through the years."
