Additional Description: The fountain and circular flower garden date to about 1913. The garden was restored in the early 2000s and was partially funded through grants given by the National Garden Clubs, The Principal Financial Group, and the Arkansas Heritage Foundation. Funds were also acquired through donations and fundraisers organized by the Siloam Springs Garden Restoration Club.
