This 1922 Philadelphia Toboggan Company (P.T.C.)
carousel (#59) was discovered by Earl Jamison and
restored in 1998. Master carver Ed Roth created 46
wooden figures, and painters spent 3,000 hours
applying color. Of the 89 P.T.C. carousels produced,
only 26 still exist today.
