Caption: Time Keeping Device in Overgrown Rose Garden
Additional Description: Vandals have removed whatever was located on the top of the column. The dials with the zodiac rotate so one can assume it was some sort of time keeping device that could be adjusted to account for the position of the sun in the sky throughout the year.
