Additional Description: This siege gun was produced in 1828 by West Point Foundry. It carries registry number 185 on the muzzle, and the weight marking of 5535 pounds (seen in white in this view) on the breech. The gun is representative of the battery at this location. In the battle, the battery was equipped with this caliber gun, but not necessarily this model.
