Additional Description: The marker was placed at the corner of Wacker Drive and Michigan Avenue in 1932. This photograph of the original marker was published in a “Historical Sketch of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America in the State of Illinois” by Mrs. Paul Blatchford in 1935.
