Warren Terry McCray (1865-1938) | Additional Description: He was acquitted of embezzlement charges filed by the state attorney general, a Klansman, after vetoing legislation that the Klan supported. However, McCray later served three years in federal prison on a mail-fraud conviction. President Herbert Hoover later pardoned him.
