Additional Description: Norman H. Cordice, a dentist, and his wife, Eugenia A. Cordice, a registered nurse, were the first known occupants of this house, in 1958. The original portion of the house was built around 1940, but the wing featuring metal-framed casement windows likely was added in the 1950s to house a business.
