Photographer: Duane and Tracy Marsteller
Taken: September 3, 2023
Caption: McAdoo-Sanders-Tatum House (c. 1915)
Additional Description: It likely was originally the home of William D. McAdoo, who platted a "Country Club Development" that later was incorporated into Irving Park's design. Within a few short years J.P Sanders was listed as living in the house but by 1924 it was known as the residence of Benton B. Tatum. It is possibly the oldest house in Irving Park.
