Everett Carnegie Library | Additional Description: “ A $25,000 Carnegie grant made possible Everett's first permanent library building. The architects provided a design choosing models McKim, Mead and White's Boston Public Library and the Carnegie structure in Pomona, California. It served as a library until 1934 when the present library was built. The structure was then converted to mortuary use with slight remodeling. It currently houses county government offices.”
