Caption: Wilson House
Additional Description: The Wilson House was owned by Henry Wilson, a free black man who owned property in pre-Civil War Anne Arundel County. The house is still owned by the Wilson family, which is trying to secure non-profit status to raise money to restore the house as it was during Henry's time period. The house is on Main Street, about a half mile west of the Welcome to Galesville marker.
