Square des Arts et Métiers postcard | Additional Description: The commemorative column is shown in here, with the difference being that when this photo was taken the column was still topped by a bronze statue of “Victory crowning the French flag”, created by Gustave Crauk in 1864. The statue was removed and melted down during the German occupation in WW II.
