Caption: Hospital Rock on the Minisink Battlefield
Additional Description: During the Battle of Minisink, Lt. Col. Benjamin Tusten, a physician from Goshen, and seventeen wounded militiamen under his care, were trapped and killed by Brant’s Iroquois Native Americans and Tories near this rock. It is located in nearby Minisink Battleground Park.
