Seventh Site on the Historical Sites of Abbeville Tour
Designed by James Knox Taylor, supervising architect for the U.S. treasury Department, the building served as the Abbeville branch of the U.S. post office until 1966. Much of the interior detailing has been preserved, including the marble trim. (Source:
