On March 1, 1918 his ship Cyclops,
Sailed for Baltimore from
Barbados, B.W.I. His ship was
torpedoed and no trace of the
Cyclops, a collier ship, has ever
been found. Rumor says
the German Captain
towed the ship, with
all hands aboard,
back to
Germany.
