Additional Description: This structure was built in 1848 by Daniel Pratt for his Daniel Pratt Gin Company. Continental Eagle Corporation acquired Daniel Pratt's company in 1899 and still manufacturers cotton gins at this location. This building is believed to be the longest continuously occupied industrial building in the State of Alabama.
