2. The Carlos M. Riecker Complex Historical Marker
Since 1880, buildings on this site have supported both commercial and residential uses. Historically, businesses on this block have included both wholesale and retail grocery, furniture, photography, carriage manufacturing, restaurant, shoe and boot, and various shops. Renovated and added onto in 2002, the Riecker Complex houses over seventy governmental and professional offices and community rooms.
