1. Turkeys Marker
Inscription. For centuries, people have raised turkeys for food and for the joy of having them. There are many varieties of these heritage birds, such as Black, Bronze, White Holland, Slate and Bourbon Red — just to name a few. Turkeys have a distinct wattle, just below their beak, which is also known as a "snood." The Turkey's snood, and their head, can range in just as many colors as their feathers. Typically blue or red, the Turkey's head can change color depending on its mood or excitement level! Turkeys are most widely grown for their meat, which is usually the main dish at holidays like Thanksgiving.
