An identical Shipley’s Choice marker is located about two-tenths of a mile further south and on the opposite side of Veterans Highway. That marker is co-located with the Widow Ramsey’s Tavern marker. A third Shipley’s Choice marker located on Benfield Boulevard has slightly different text and was erected to dedicate a residential subdivision named for Adam Shipley.
