1. Mercer Airport Marker
Inscription. Dedicated to the memory of General High Mercer a distinguished officer in the Continental Army who died from wounds received in the Battle of Princeton, January 3, 1777. From him, Mercer County, created in 1838, received its name.

Dedicatory ceremonies held October 26, 1929, being the 250th Anniversary of the settlement of Trenton.
