Regarding Betty Jane France. Betty Jane France was a long time leader and philanthropist in Daytona Beach, Florida. She was well known as being a steadfast champion of health care for children. She assisted in the establishment of “Speediatrics” children care unit at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach and at Homestead Hospital in Homestead, Florida.
France was also heavily involved in her family’s business, serving as Executive Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of NASCAR, and Board Chairwoman of the NASCAR Foundation until her death in 2016.
