Inscription. This building was the location in the 1920s of the Lew Brothers Tire Co., which later moved to Bridge Street. After the tire company relocated, the building was purchased by Glenn Miller, owner of Miller’s Lunch in the adjacent building to the east. Miller and his wife, Geneva, remodeled the building to apartments, which they occupied for many years.
The exterior of the building was renovated to its original appearance in 1994.
