Casa edificada en el siglo XVII, reconstruida en el XX por el Arq. Carlos Z. Flores en estilo neoclásico. Propiedad de la sucesión de Andrés de la Tovilla uno de los fundadores de la ciudad. Fue residencia del abogado, político, periodista y literato Timoteo Flores Ruiz y Josefa de la Tovilla y ahora de sus descendientes
This house was built in the 17th century, then rebuilt in the 20th century by the architect Carlos Z. Flores in a Neoclassical style. It was the property of the descendants of Andrés de la Tovilla, one of the founders of the city. It was also the residence of the lawyer, politician, journalist and writer Timoteo Flores Ruíz and Josefa de la Tovilla and now of their descendants
