1. C.S. Moore's Brigade Marker
Inscription. One piece of artillery, kind and caliber unknown, was served in this work from May 18 to the end of the defense, July 4, 1863, by a detachment of either Sengstak's, Tobin's, Landis; or Wall's battery.
 
Erected by the United States War Department.
 
Location. 32° 21.188′ N, 90° 50.985′ W. Marker is in Vicksburg National Military Park, Mississippi, in Warren County. Marker is on Confederate Avenue half a mile south of Pemberton Avenue, on the left when traveling south. Touch for map.
