Location. 39° 10.981′ N, 78° 9.456′ W. Marker is in Winchester, Virginia. Marker can be reached from East Boscawen Street east of South East Lane, on the left when traveling east. Touch for map. Located in the Stonewall Cemetery (Confederate section) of the Mt. Hebron Cemetery. Entrance to the Cemetery is at the intersection of E Boscawen St & S East Ln.
